Class Description
Mimic famous artist like Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Yayoi Kusama, Piet Mondrian, Wassily Kandinsky, Andy Warhol, and Pablo Picasso! Students will create a suncatcher inspired by Mondrian, a silly shape self portrait like Pablo Picasso, a beautiful bridge like Claude Monet, and funky fruits in the style of Andy Warhol. We’ll use lots of dots as we learn about Yayoi Kusama, create colorful shapes like Kandinsky, design fun mobile sculptures like Alexander Calder, and play with color like Matisse.

Cancellation Policy
Registration closes 1 week before each session. To cancel, you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows", with the exception of classes cancelled by the Museum of East Texas. Classes must meet a minimum of 4 students to proceed as scheduled. Before enrolling your child, kindly verify the group's age/grade level requirements for seamless registration. The Museum of East Texas is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete registrations. Thank you!
