Festival of Trees Sponsorship

For the last 30 years, the Museum of East Texas has transformed into a winter wonderland as we celebrate the holidays with The Festival of Trees. One of the Museum’s largest fundraisers, monies raised provide Art Camp scholarships and funds for Museum improvement projects throughout the year.
 
In addition to the philanthropic nature of this sponsorship, it is also a wonderful opportunity to advertise your business or organization while spreading holiday cheer. Last year, we saw 8460 visitors, 1522 school visitors, and conducted 37 tours lead by our staff and docents.
 
With your sponsorship, you will receive signage in front of your tree as well as a photograph of your tree and your sponsorship sign on our social media sites during the event. We also host an exclusive preview party, Twinkle and Toast, for sponsors. Whether your tree honors a loved one, showcases your business, pays tribute to school alma maters, or celebrates a beloved pet, the Festival of Trees gives you the opportunity to celebrate the spirit of the holidays with members of our community and visitors throughout the region.
 
The Museum provides and stores all trees. 
Levels of sponsorship are:
Platinum 12-foot tree $1200
Gold 9-foot tree $600
Silver 7.5-foot tree $300
Bronze 4-foot tree $100
 
Please Note:
Bronze tree sponsors must provide decorations and a decorator. New this year: Bronze trees may not be elevated off the floor.
 
Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors may provide decorations or have the Museum  supply them. Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors also have the option of decorating the tree themselves or having our committee of volunteers decorate. 
 
Sponsors that choose to be a part of the educational "Artist-trees" collection can either decorate their own tree or have Museum members decorate their tree based on a pre-approved list of artists. Please note your interest in an "Artist-tree" in the space for signage on the order form and we will reach out to you. 
 
Tree Sponsorships are open until October 10, 2025. Decorating will take place late-October to mid-November.  Sponsors should keep an eye out for more information via email.
