Class Description

Dive into the depths of creativity in our underwater multimedia art class taught by Bonnie McCollum. This class teaches art techniques and materials including watercolor, shading with chalk, and learning how to make bubbles on paper. Participants will craft vibrant aquatic scenes that explore the color, texture, and motion beneath the waves! Students will even get to read Cat Kid comics and build their own underwater themed comic! Snacks will be provided. This class takes place Monday through Friday (June 10-14) from 1-4pm. Students must be 6-10 years old to participate. Students must meet the minimal age requirement for an age group by the day the class begins. Age requirements are nonnegotiable and are strictly enforced for each class. There are no exceptions. Registration closes 1 week before each course. To cancel, you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows," with the exception of classes canceled by the Museum of East Texas. Classes must meet a minimum of 6 students to proceed as scheduled. Before enrolling your child, kindly verify the age ranges for seamless registration. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy
