Class Description

Create art with a variety of mediums with Instructor, Chancy Hall. This class will give young artists a great introduction to techniques and elements of design in a friendly, engaging way. Students will explore painting, drawing, sculpture, collage and several other techniques. Snacks will be provided. This class takes place July 22-26 (Monday through Friday) from 9am-12pm. Students must be ages 4 or 5 to participate. Students must meet the minimal age requirement for an age group by the day the class begins. Age requirements are nonnegotiable and are strictly enforced for each class. There are no exceptions. Registration closes 1 week before each course. To cancel, you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows," with the exception of classes canceled by the Museum of East Texas. Classes must meet a minimum of 6 students to proceed as scheduled. Before enrolling your child, kindly verify the age ranges for seamless registration. Thank you!
