Class Description

Discover the art of macrame in this beginner-friendly class. Learn the basics of this ancient craft as you create beautiful patterns using knots and cords. Unleash your creativity and indulge in this relaxing and enjoyable art form. Snacks will be provided. This class takes place Monday through Friday (June 10-14) from 1-4pm. Students must be 11-14 years old to participate. Students must meet the minimal age requirement for an age group by the day the class begins. Age requirements are nonnegotiable and are strictly enforced for each class. There are no exceptions. Registration closes 1 week before each course. To cancel, you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows," with the exception of classes canceled by the Museum of East Texas. Classes must meet a minimum of 6 students to proceed as scheduled. Before enrolling your child, kindly verify the age ranges for seamless registration. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows", with the exception of classes cancelled by the Museum of East Texas.
