Class Description

Create 4 ornaments from Lego with builder Corry Lankford, who recently displayed his "Journey to a Brick Galaxy" exhibit at the Museum of East Texas this summer. Learn to build a snowflake, wreath, poinsettia, and classic round ornament. Lufkinite Corry Lankford builds massive Lego structures (one is 12 feet in diameter and another is 9 feet tall!) in Star Wars themes and competes nationally with his works. He competed at Brickworld Chicago in June 2025 and won the Judges Award for his structures (3 awards were given out of 2900 displays). This class is designed for both kids (ages 9 and up) and adults. We believe that Lego is for everyone! For kids under 16 years of age, parents must remain with their child for the duration of the class. If the parent plans on both attending AND participating by making their own Lego ornaments, those parents will also need to register. Age restrictions are not flexible.
