Class Description

Join the artist Stan Bohon, the MET and Angelina Beautiful Clean for a special collaboration this year! Students will learn the art of assemblage and collage using recycled materials and environmentally safe products. Each class will create a group sculpture that will be featured in a traveling exhibit this fall. Snacks will be provided. This class takes place Monday through Friday (June 10-14) from 9am-12pm. Students must be 6-10 years old to participate. Students must meet the minimal age requirement for an age group by the day the class begins. Age requirements are nonnegotiable and are strictly enforced for each class. There are no exceptions. Registration closes 1 week before each course. To cancel, you must call the museum as soon as possible. No refunds are issued after registration, including for "no-shows," with the exception of classes canceled by the Museum of East Texas. Classes must meet a minimum of 6 students to proceed as scheduled. Before enrolling your child, kindly verify the age ranges for seamless registration. Thank you!
