Pumpkin Party is one of four Super Saturday events held at the Museum annually. This day, like all Super Saturday events, is open to the community. Over 250 guests enjoyed themselves last October. All participants selected their pumpkin from the patch in the Museum’s entry, painted and decorated it to their liking, listened to Halloween stories, had their faces painted, and enjoyed lemonade and cookies. Everyone took their pumpkin home at the end of the event as a lasting reminder of their fabulous time at the Museum of East Texas.

The fall 2008 Pumpkin Party is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th from 1-3 p.m. Be sure to come and make it a part of your holiday festivities or create a special new tradition for your family.
